I forni Direct Steam consentono di cuocere i cibi con l’aggiunta di vapore, grazie ad un sistema semplice e intuitivo: basta riempire d’acqua il serbatoio posto sul fondo della cavità, coprire con l’apposito coperchio forato e attivare la funzione per il tempo desiderato. L’aggiunta di vapore migliora i risultati della cottura tradizionale e mantiene la corretta idratazione della pietanza.

PROBE COOKING
